Loss changes us — especially when it touches the heart of parenthood, and as a loss parent, I understand that firsthand. I work with birthing people who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal loss, helping them find grounding, meaning, and connection in the wake of profound grief. My role is to offer a compassionate and steady space where your story is honored, your emotions are valid, and healing unfolds at your pace.

I also support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions unrelated to perinatal experiences. Whether you’re struggling with the weight of daily stress, cycles of self-doubt, or the feeling that you’ve lost your sense of balance, I provide a space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface and begin to rebuild from within.

I believe that even after unimaginable pain—or in the midst of ongoing struggle—it’s possible to reconnect with a sense of safety, hope, and wholeness. Together, we’ll work toward integrating your experiences so you can move forward not by “getting over” what’s happened, but by finding a way to carry it with greater peace and strength.

My Approach

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care that honors both the mind and body’s capacity for healing. I use an integrative approach that draws from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that reinforce anxiety or depression.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to cultivate emotional flexibility, values-based action, and self-compassion.

  • Memory Reconsolidation: to transform the emotional charge of painful or traumatic memories, allowing for deep nervous system healing and relief.

Therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and tailored to your individual needs. I bring warmth, presence, and curiosity to each session, supporting you in building insight and practical skills that promote long-term resilience.
