  • Our office is located in Delhi, New York. We offer both in-person and online therapy sessions for clients in New York, and online-only therapy for clients residing in Vermont.

  • We currently provide individual therapy for adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, depression, life transitions, stress, grief, and more.

  • Each session is approximately 55 minutes in length.

  • Yes!

    • New York residents can choose in-person or secure online sessions.

    • Vermont residents are eligible for online therapy only.
