You’ve gotten good at wearing the mask; showing the world one version of you while quietly wrestling with another reality inside. Maybe you’re carrying quiet anxiety, waves of sadness, grief, or the lingering impact of past experiences and relationships. You might find yourself caught in patterns like people-pleasing, doubting your worth, or relying on coping habits that don’t truly help. It can be exhausting to appear “okay” while feeling so disconnected from yourself.

Here, you’ll have a warm, welcoming space to set that mask down. We’ll move at your pace, exploring what’s been on your mind and heart, untangling the patterns that keep you stuck, and discovering new ways to feel grounded, calm, and more like yourself again. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling seen, supported, and encouraged; because you deserve a sense of peace and clarity that stays with you beyond our sessions.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to learn more about how we might work together in therapy and to answer any questions you may have.
