Life can feel like it’s moving too fast—leaving little time to process your emotions, heal from old wounds, or consider what truly matters to you. Even high-achieving people sometimes feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating cycles, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy is a chance to slow down, realign with your values, and create the lasting change you’ve been searching for.

What I Offer:
I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, blending somatic, body-based healing with evidence-informed therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my combination of warmth, presence, and clear guidance. I’ll listen deeply while helping you identify unhelpful patterns, build practical strategies, and strengthen your emotional and nervous system resilience. Together, we explore what lies beneath your discomfort and create tools to support lasting change.

My Approach:
Healing begins with acceptance, grows through insight, and flourishes in a life aligned with your values. I view therapy as a collaborative process—you bring your story, I bring tools and perspective, and together we uncover the resources you already hold.

  • Somatic & trauma-informed work to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and release tension

  • Cognitive & mindfulness techniques to calm your mind and regulate emotions

  • Parts Work & Focusing to understand internal conflicts and patterns

  • IMAGO-inspired tools to improve communication and connection in relationships

  • Motivational interviewing to support clarity, decision-making, and behavioral change

About Me:
I bring over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed healing, including clinical training at Wake Forest University and certifications in trauma-sensitive mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and trauma-informed yoga. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create the life you want.

I work with adults and couples across New York State, offering in-person sessions at True North Therapy in Delhi, NY, and secure virtual therapy for clients who prefer remote sessions.

Next Step:
Reaching out for support is a courageous step. If you’re ready to pause the cycle of overwhelm, explore what’s beneath the surface, and move toward lasting change, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can find ways to navigate life with greater clarity, ease, and alignment with your values.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss how we might work together in therapy and to answer any questions you may have.
