You’ve built a life marked by excellence and responsibility — yet beneath the surface of success, there’s a quiet sense of depletion. You may find yourself moving through the motions, balancing endless demands while privately battling stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt. Despite being capable and composed, it can feel as though something essential has gone missing — peace, fulfillment, or connection to yourself.

My Approach:

I specialize in working with high-functioning individuals and helping professionals who navigate the tension between competence and emotional exhaustion.

Our work together focuses on uncovering the patterns that contribute to overextension, exploring the emotional roots of burnout or anxiety, and cultivating balance, authenticity, and inner calm.

My style is insight-oriented, relational, and integrative, informed by evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness, and grounded in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and attachment perspectives. Sessions are collaborative and tailored — a blend of depth and practicality designed to foster genuine, lasting change.

Specialties:

  • Anxiety, Stress, and Panic

  • Perfectionism and High Achievement

  • Burnout and Compassion Fatigue

  • Depression and Emotional Numbness

  • Perinatal Mental Health

  • Trauma and Grief

  • Relationship and Boundary Challenges

Clients I Work With:

My clients often come to therapy because they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or self-doubt. I work primarily with individuals in the helping professionals — including therapists, physicians, attorneys, executives, educators, and other caregivers — who are seeking a thoughtful, high-caliber therapeutic relationship. Many of my clients come to therapy because they value self-awareness, emotional growth, and intentional living.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss how we might work together in therapy and to answer any questions you may have.

Fees:

Therapy Rates: $175 per 55-minute session

Payment: I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
