FAQs

  • Our office is located in Delhi, New York. We offer both in-person and online therapy sessions for clients in New York, and online-only therapy for clients residing in Vermont.

  • We currently provide individual therapy for adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, depression, life transitions, stress, grief, and more.

  • Each session is approximately 55 minutes in length.

  • Yes!

    • New York residents can choose in-person or secure online sessions.

    • Vermont residents are eligible for online therapy only.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and how we might work together moving forward.

  • Our standard 55-minute session fee is $175. Sliding scale options may be available. Please contact us directly to discuss rates and availability.

Self-Pay

$175 for a 55 minute session

Depending on your current health insurance provider, it may be possible to be reimbursed in-full or in-part for services paid out of pocket.

Please contact your insurance to verify whether Out-Of-Network psychotherapy services can be reimbursed under your plan.
